The 4th "International Silicone Conference" was again held in Cleveland on 25th and 26th May 2004. To highlight our entrance in the food industry field, we at Silikoneurope gave a paper which discussed this topic. The lecture was entitled:
 
EASYWORK BAKING AND FREEZING MOLDS: WHEN LSR MEETS THE FOOD INDUSTRY
 
and it emphasised the advantages of using baking moulds made out of non-stick silicone abiding by food-product quality standards in preparing, freezing and cooking all types of foods as opposed to using traditional metal baking trays and moulds.
